- AIS customers who have maintained regular usage for over 6 months.
- AIS customers who have no overdue bill.
- Must be continuous monthly service, without break.
- AIS customers who have had average monthly charges according to the chart above.
- The customer can start utilizing only upon notification from AIS.
- For AIS 1-2-Call! Customers to receive Serenade privilege, free register via *1148 or eService at www.ais.co.th/eservice.
- Those individuals registered as a juristic person will be invited by the company.
- Privileges will be available only during the time period stipulated by AIS.
- Privilege will expire when the customer terminates service, has service terminated, or changes the ownership.
- The customer can redeem the privileges according to the terms and conditions and at the locations that AIS stipulates.
- We reserve the right to provide ‘Personal Assistant services’ only to invited customers whose number that receives Serenade status must be in the AIS Postpaid system.
- The company reserves the right to change any of the requirements of those entitled to privileges as well as terms and conditions or to terminate service or special privileges without prior notice.
