• The Office FibreLAN package comes with transparent optical-fibre cables for individual room connection to deliver the best connectivity of 1Gbps in every room.
• The Office FibreLAN package can be applied for juristic customers.
• The monthly service fees are VAT-exclusive.
• The installation and wiring fee of THB 4,800 is payable in the first monthly cycle. Alternatively, the THB 4,800 installation and wiring fee will be discounted should a customer use the Office FibreLAN package for 24 consecutive billing cycles, counted from the installation date. Should the service be terminated for any reason before 24 billing cycles, the customer is liable for payment of fines, which will be calculated from the length of services provided.
• Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not relocate the point of installation throughout the contract period.

• Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require a replacement for the existing equipment or additional equipment will be required to enter upon a 24-month billing cycle service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package. Yet, a THB 4,800 discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the installation date, will be offered.
• Customers using this package will receive a Private Ipv4 and a free DDNS* service, in addition to a Public Ipv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
• Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of 24 billing cycles.
• Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will resume only once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
•  This package is for personal use only. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.
•  Customers who wish to utilize port forwarding must first register on www.thddns.net There are no fees incurred, and the following registration manuals are downloadable:

• The privileges for the customers to borrow additional equipment are detailed below:
  • Package for a 2-room service: Get 2 units worth THB 11,180 totally.
  • Package for a 3-room service: Get 3 units worth THB 16,770 totally.
  • Package for a 4-room service: Get 4 units worth THB 22,360 totally.
  • Package for a 5-room service: Get 5 units worth THB 27,950 totally.
• Should the service be terminated under any circumstances, all the equipment must be returned in their original usable condition at any AIS shop.
• Subscription starts from 1 February 2025 - 31 March 2025.
  

Office Number Terms and Conditions:

1. Customers will receive a free monthly office number according to the package and a number assigned based on the AIS Fibre registration province. (The number cannot be selected)
2. Free call allowance included in the package will be valid for the billing cycle. Unused call allowance cannot be rolled over to the next billing cycle.
3. Excess calls beyond the package will be charged at the standard rates as follows: AIS mobile network at 0.5 THB/min, non-AIS mobile network at 2 THB/min, local landline within the same province at 3 THB per call, landline in other provinces at 2 THB/min, and international calls charged as per the IDD service provider’s rate (AWN, AIN).
   
4. Charges are based on actual usage per minute/billing cycle (fractions of a minute are rounded up to 1 minute).
