Package terms and conditions

·       PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package is exclusively available for AIS Postpaid, Prepaid and AIS Fibre customers and are registered as a residential individual.
·       Monthly fee of 99 baht in the first month of the promotion for first-time subscribers only, thereafter normal monthly fee of 299 baht will be applied (VAT inclusive).
·       Enjoy Max, MONOMAX, VIU, beIN SPORTS CONNECT and AIS KARAOKE with no additional charge from PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package.
·       Max, MONOMAX, VIU, beIN SPORTS CONNECT and AIS KARAOKE privileges are automatically cancelled upon cancellation of the PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package.
·       Customer will get SMS confirmation when PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package has been subscribed.
·       One number is entitled to apply for the privilege only once.
·       Service rates are inclusive of VAT and excluding internet.
·       PLAY PREMIUM PLUS package is for simultaneous use on 4 screens at the same time per account. Customers can stream via Website https://aisplay.ais.co.th/portal, Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV, Chromecast and AIS PLAYBOX to watch on a big screen or via AIS PLAY APP through App Store and Google Play Store. Android 4.4 and iOS 10.2 are the minimum supported versions.

·       MONOMAX service available on 3 devices via MONOMAX APP or https://www.monomax.me/
·       VIU service available on 4 devices via VIU APP or www.viu.com
·       beIN SPORTS CONNECT service available on 1 device via beIN SPORTS CONNECT APP or https://connect-th.beinsports.com/
·       AIS KARAOKE service available on 1 device via AIS KARAOKE APP
·       The monthly service fee will be charged after package is successfully subscribed. Any non-usage of this package or cancellation before subscription expiry date, will not entitle you for any refund, compensation or other benefits from the company.
·       The service and service fee are only for domestic use, and not for commercial use or any use that may affect other users.
