2. If customer cancel YouTube Premium subscription and re-subscribe, will I get the 3-month special offer at 179 THB again?
No, customer will be charged the regular subscription fee of 179 THB per month (including VAT).
3. If customer are currently paying for YouTube Premium via the Apple Store, Google Play Store or other platforms, will customer be double charged if customer subscribe via AIS
Billing?
Yes, to avoid double charges, customer must cancel your existing YouTube Premium subscription through the previous payment method before subscribing via AIS.
4. If customer cancel YouTube Premium subscription before the billing cycle ends, how long can cutosmer continue using the service?
Customer can continue using YouTube Premium until the end of your billing cycle, counted from your subscription date.
5. If customer subscribe to YouTube Premium via AIS and later change my AIS phone number while keeping the same Google Account, can customer continue using the service?
Customer can use the service until the end of your billing cycle. After that, customer will need to re-subscribe with your new AIS phone number.
