  1.  This package is exclusively for juristic persons.
  2.  The warranty period for the DEVIO BEACON device is 1 year, commencing from the date of purchase, and is subject to AIS’s terms and conditions.
  3.  The warranty will be void under the following circumstances: 
    3.1 Damage caused by improper use, misuse, incorrect maintenance, accidents, moisture, dropping, exposure to chemicals, modifications, corrosion (oxide), and other defects, such as cracks, chips, dents, warping, fractures, perforations, burns, or the presence of foreign objects leading to damage to the device. In such instances, the product warranty will be considered terminated immediately.
    3.2 Damage caused by natural disasters, war, riots, or damage resulting from insects or animals.
    3.3 The warranty does not cover instances where the battery is removed or where a low battery is used for more than 30 consecutive days, as stipulated by LINE Company Policy .
  4.  The equipment service fees do not include VAT or internet service charges.
  5.  In the event of any issues with the equipment, customers may contact the company for support and claims via email at: [email protected].
  6. This promotion campaign starts from 1 November 2024 - 31 December 2024.
