The number to enjoy this right must be a Serenade Platinum or Gold only.
This does not mean you have reserved a parking space beforehand. With the parking sticker, you have the right to park when the space is available.
This is how we change the form of the privilege, replacing the windshield sticker with a digital one to maximize our customer convenience. No more worries about the presence of a parking permit sticker. Now you can park even when you are using a different car.
AIS Serenade will automatically be renewed in case you are still a Serenade Platinum or Gold customer.
From 1 May 2022 onwards, AIS Serenade digital parking sticker has replaced the windshield sticker. Check ‘Digital Parking Sticker’ on myAIS application.
