Condition

  2. Limited rights to 1 number / 3 rights throughout the project.
  3. This privilege can be redeemed between 06:00 a.m.-22:00 p.m.

  6. In case of pick-up and drop-off service, outer Bangkok will have an additional charge of 200 baht/trip and the surrounding areas, including Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan will have an additional charge of 300 baht/trip (including VAT).
  7. In case of pick-up and drop-off at Don Mueang Airport, an additional charge of 100 baht/trip (including VAT) is applied.
  8. Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

  10. In case of cancellation or change of booking, cancellation can be made 24 hours before, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  11. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the service or do not show up as scheduled (No-Show), there will be a fee.

  16. If the customer wants to change the type of vehicle or travel outside the route as agreed between AIS and Sixt Limousine, the customer will be responsible for the costs. If the car is reserved less than 48 hours, the car arrangement will depend on the time the car is available.
  17. For airport pick up, the limousine will wait for the customer for 1.30 hours after the plane lands. If within 1.30 hours, the airport staff cannot contact you or you do not show up as agreed (No-Show), there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee. This fee will be charged directly to the customer.
  18. For pick up from accommodation, the limousine will wait for the customer for a maximum of 30 minutes after the appointment time. If you want to postpone the pick up time, please inform us 24 hours in advance. If within 30 minutes If the driver is unable to contact the customer or the customer does not show up at the scheduled appointment (No-Show), there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee. This fee will be charged directly to the customer.
  19. In case of emergency where the vehicle cannot be delivered in time due to an accident / traffic jam / road blockage / we will provide a replacement vehicle of equivalent or higher level to provide the service.
