1. This activity is for anyone, not limited to AIS mobile network users.

Participants can create a video clip individually, in pairs, or as a team of 3, showcasing your creativity and online selling talents for AIS ZEED 5G SIM prepaid product in your own style (there is no requirement to show or hold the AIS ZEED 5G SIM product in the video clip), and then upload the video to their own TikTok account with the settings set to public and include the hashtags #ปลดล็อคความซี๊ด and #AISZEED5G, Joining activity from August 20, 2024, to September 19, 2024, at 11:59 PM..
3. There is no age restriction for participants.
4. Participants agree to grant AIS the copyright of their video clip, allowing the company to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly disseminate the video in any media for the promotion of AIS ZEED 5G products, without any compensation.
5. Participants must create their own content without infringing on others' intellectual property. In case of infringement or complaints, AIS reserves the right not to consider the submitted video, and participants will be responsible for any damages.
6. The selection judge will choose the three most favored video clips on September 25, 2024, at 414 Phahonyothin Road, Samsen Nai, Phaya Thai, Bangkok 10400, between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
7. Winners will be announced on www.ais.co.th/ZEED5GxTikTok on September 30, 2024.
8. The three selected winners who meet all terms and conditions will be eligible for the following prizes:

9. 10. AIS will deliver the prizes to the specified address within 30 business days after receiving the necessary details and documents for prize claim.
11. Winners are responsible for any costs related to video production and other personal expenses.
12. The use and distribution of video clips must comply with AIS's guidelines.
13. If the judge finds any participant engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, they will be immediately disqualified from receiving the prize.
14. Participants must use polite language in their submissions, adhering to legal and moral standards. Any inappropriate or illegal content should be reported to AIS Facebook.
15. Each participant is eligible for only one prize. If a participant's name appears more than once, AIS reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible participant.
16. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items and are non-transferable. No additional payment will be provided.
17. The judge's decision is final and binding.
18. Employees of Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd., Advanced Info Service Public Co., Ltd. ("AIS"), AIS's subsidiaries, and related companies, as well as employees' relatives using AIS promotions, are not eligible to participate or win prizes in this activity.
19. AIS will bear the cost of 7% VAT and 5% withholding tax (for prizes valued at 1,000 Baht or more) on behalf of the winners.
