How to confirm your identity at AIS SMART KIOSK

Step 1
Fill in the information at the originating Mobile App /website to open an online account

Step 2
Choose AIS for your authentication.

Step 3
Go to AIS Smart Kiosk to confirm your identity.

Step 4
Choose the NDID menu.

Step 5
Enter your AIS or other network’s phone number used to open the account.

Step 6
Enter the OTP received.

Step 7
Read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Step 8
Insert your ID card.

Step 9
Choose the bank for your authentication.

Step 10
Take a photo to verify your identity.

Step 11
Check and verify your information.

Step 12
Upon your complete application, you will receive an online confirmation slip via SMS and be asked to proceed on your bank application. *You may also choose to get a slip from the Kiosk.

Step 13
Confirmation slip detail sent via SMS to the customer and sample of the slip.
