Terms and Conditions for Prime Video Yearly Package

  • This package is exclusively for AIS Postpaid and AIS Prepaid customers who registered as an individual (the “Customers”) will be eligible for the special yearly service fee upon subscribing to the Prime Video with AIS during 1 April 2024 to 30 April 2024 for the first time.

  • Yearly service fee is 999 Baht per month includes 7% VAT, excluding internet service fees.

  • How to subscribe: Dial *144*1# and call, thereafter the subscription will be confirmed via SMS. To activate the package, the Customers must click the SMS link and enter the AIS mobile number that subscribe to the service within 90 days. Please note that the service package starts from the SMS receiving date. (To activate current account, customers are required to cancel current package that subscribed directly on Prime Video and wait until the end of bill cycle before activate with AIS package) 

  • One mobile number is eligible for the subscription only once.

  • AIS postpaid Customers will be charged service fees through their AIS billing statement until they cancel their Prime Video service.

  • The service fees for AIS prepaid Customers will be deducted on the subscription date.

  • The Customers who currently use Prime Video services or have already subscribed to or used this Prime Video will not be entitled to the special yearly service fee according to these Terms and Conditions. 

  • The Customers will be able to watch Prime Video service concurrently up to 3 devices per 1 account.

  • The Customers can watch Prime Video service through the website at www.primevideo.com/ or download the Amazon Prime Video Application through the App Store and Google Play Store.

  • Any information, please contact Call Center 1175 or myAIS Application

  • The customers may cancel receiving promotional sms, please call *137 

  • The Customers may cancel your subscription at any time through myAIS Application or https://www.primevideo.com

  • The Customers will not be able to watch Prime Video right after cancel the service.

  • The Prime Video service is limited for residential use within Thailand only. Do not use the service for commercial purposes or in a method that may affect other Customers or Prime Video service provider.

  • AIS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions by announcing it through myAIS Application. 

  • If the package is activated but the Customers cannot watch Prime Video service, please contact https://www.primevideo.com/help for verification.

  • Amazon, Amazon Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music and all related logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates.

  • AIS may revoke the Customers’ Prime Video subscription immediately, at our sole discretion without prior notice, if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of your subscription or violation of these terms or any applicable law by the Customers. No refund will be given in case of revocation.

  • These Terms and Conditions cover eligibility, activation, and other elements regarding the Amazon subscriptions obtained through AIS. AIS is a promotional partner of Amazon. Amazon owns, operates and provides the Amazon services that are in AIS Customers subscription.   

Terms and Conditions for Prime Video Monthly Package

  • This package is exclusively for AIS Postpaid or AIS Prepaid customers who registered as an individual (the “Customers”) who will get the right to watch Prime Video for 2 months at no additional cost upon subscribing to the Prime Video with AIS during 1 April 2024 to 30 April 2024 for the first time and paying the first month’s service fee.

  • Monthly service fee is 149 Baht per month includes 7% VAT, excluding internet service fees.

  • How to subscribe: Dial *144# and call, thereafter the subscription will be confirmed via SMS. To activate the package, the Customers must click the SMS link and enter the AIS mobile number that subscribe to the service within 90 days. Please note that the service package starts from the SMS receiving date. (To activate current account, customers are required to cancel current package that subscribed directly on Prime Video and wait until the end of bill cycle before activate with AIS package) 

  • After paying for the first month's service fee, the customers will get the right to watch Prime Video for free for 2 months in the second and third months, then after that the service fee shall be collected as usual.

  • One mobile number is eligible for the subscription only once.

  • AIS postpaid Customers will be charged service fees through their AIS billing statement until they cancel their Prime Video service.

  • The service fees for AIS prepaid Customers will be deducted in the first month on the subscription date, then after that the service fees will be deducted on the same date of the subscription date in every month. The Customers must top up money prior for continuous service use. 

  • The Customers who currently use Prime Video services or have already subscribed to or used this Prime Video will not be entitled to watch for free according to these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Customers will be able to watch Prime Video service concurrently up to 3 devices per 1 account.

  • The Customers can watch Prime Video service through the website at www.primevideo.com/ or download the Amazon Prime Video Application through the App Store and Google Play Store.

  • These Viu Premium Packages are for AIS Prepaid and / or Postpaid customers, registering as a natural person since October 7, 2019 onwards.

  • For AIS Prepaid and Postpaid Only

  • Service fee is 599 Baht/year thereafter 1,490 Baht/year and automatically renewed every 365 days (VAT 7% included)

  • Internet connection fee is excluded. 

  • Customer to Viu Premium Yearly Package can download any series and variety shows. The downloaded contents will be valid on customer's device for 7 days.

  • Subscribers are able to watch 5 concurrent devices.

  • You can enjoy Viu Premium service after receiving a SMS confirmation.

  • You cannot subscribe to Viu Premium Package if you are already a Viu Premium subscriber. 

  • This Viu Premium service is available only in the Kingdom of Thailand.

  • The application is available on Android 5.0 and iOS 14 or above.

  • By subscribing to the Viu Premium Packages, you are deemed to accept the Viu’s Terms and Conditions at: https://www.viu.com/ott/th/en/copyright-statement/terms-and-conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to change the specification without prior notice. 

 
  • This package is exclusively available for AIS Postpaid and Prepaid customers and AIS Fibre customers are registered as a residential individual.

  • The service fee is 119 baht per month. 

  • Special offer for first subscriber, monthly fee for the first 3 months is 49 baht/month, thereafter monthly fee of 119 baht will be applied.

  • One AIS number is eligible to apply for the offer only once. 

  • Watch concurrently on 2 screens at the same time per account.

  • The service fee is exclusive of VAT and the internet connection fees.

  • AIS customers with current iQIYI VIP subscription will not be able to subscribe to the page again

  • The application is available for Android 5 and iOS 11 or above. 

  • The specified service fee is for domestic use in Thailand only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • The offer is time-limited and the company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

 
  • The package is available to individual (AIS Postpaid, Prepaid, and Fibre customers). 
    - Monthly Service fee is 59 Baht/ Month. 
    - Yearly Service fee is 499 Baht/ Year.

  • Watch concurrently on 1 screen at the same time per account.

  • This offer is limit to 1 AIS mobile phone number per 1 offer.

  • Price is exclusive VAT 7% and the internet connection fees. 

  • AIS customer with an existing MONOMAX subscription cannot subscribe to same package.

  • The application is available for Android 9 and iOS 13 or above.

  • The specified service fee is for domestic use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

  • This package is exclusively available for AIS Postpaid and Prepaid customers and are registered as a residential individual.

  • Monthly service fee is 59 baht/ month.

  • Yearly service fee is 360 baht/ Year.

  • Price is inclusive of VAT 7% but is exclusive of the internet connection fees. 

  • AIS customer with an existing CH3 Plus subscription cannot subscribe to same package.

  • The application is available for Android 5.0 and iOS 12.0 or above.

  • The specified service fee is for domestic use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. 

  • This promotion is for AIS Prepaid customers and Postpaid customers.

  • This promotion is for AIS Prepaid, Postpaid customers and AIS Fibre customers and are registered as a residential individual.

  • Service fee is 129 Baht/Month

  • Monthly fee for the first month is 49 Baht, thereafter normal monthly fee of 129 Baht will be applied.

  • Service rates are exclusive VAT and internet connection fees.

  • Reapplying of additional package is not allowed for the user who already have the WeTV VIP monthly package.

  • One AIS number is entitled to apply for the free privilege only once.

  • The application is available for Android 4.4 and iOS 9.0 or above. 

  • Free download via App Store and Google Play Store.

  • The specified service fee is for domestic use only.
