Right now, the AIS PLAYBOX only supports the AIS Fibre super high-speed internet service. Therefore it cannot be used with other internet service providers.
Yes you can. Since AIS Playbox is an Internet TV receiver. The signal it uses and channels it delivers are different from those of satellites. It is also possible for you to use other internet TV receivers in your home. Simply plug them into a different input channel on your TV.

Try checking the power connections on both the wall connection and the box connection to see if one is loose or not. Once the connections are secured, the blue LED will light up automatically when the power plug is connected.
The red LED means that the AIS PLAYBOX is in standby mode. Simply press the power button on your remote control once and the red LED will turn into a blue light and the picture will appear shortly afterwards.

The so-call “hiccups” are usually caused by the data speed not being fast enough to support smooth playback for the current content resolution. First, try resetting the router by unplugging it and then plugging it back in. if the problem persists, try using a LAN cable to connect the box to the router instead of using WiFi.

Our box and equipment are covered with a one-year warranty on ordinary usage. If units are lost or broken as a result of the customer’s fault (such as water damage), the customer needs to purchase a new one on his/her own behalf.
