· Galaxy Butler Service: Available for customers who purchase Galaxy Z Series, Galaxy S Series, and Galaxy Tab S Series imported and distributed by Thai Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Customers will receive Galaxy Butler Service for 12 months from the date of purchase, as indicated on the tax invoice.

· Book a Service, Loan Set, Extensive Device Care, and Remote Service: These services are available for customers who purchase Samsung Galaxy mobile phones and tablets of all models imported and distributed by Thai Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Customers will receive Galaxy Butler Service for 12 months from the date of purchase, as indicated on the tax invoice.

· Private Workshop Locations: Private Workshop activities are available at the following service centers: Silom (United Center building), Central Rama 9, Central Rama 2, Maboonkrong, Future Park Rangsit, and Seacon Bangkae.

· Loan Device During Repair: Customers can request a loan device when sending their smartphone for repair only at Samsung service centers. The availability and model of loan devices are limited.

· Doorstep Technical Support: Technician visit to customer's location (Doorstep Technical Support) initially available only for Galaxy Z Fold customers. Customers can contact Call Center 1282 daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to schedule an appointment for service. This service is available in specific areas i.e. Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Ayutthaya, Chiang Mai, Nakhon Sawan, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, Songkhla, and Surat Thani. If a customer would like to send their device for repair to a service center, the turnaround time for repair pickup and delivery depends on the distance and service area. The company reserves the right to select the service center for repair. In cases where repair costs apply, customers must fully pay the repair fees via bank transfer before returning the device.

· Exclusive Lounge Service: Available at Samsung service centers while customers' devices are being repaired, exclusively for Galaxy Z Fold customers. Customers can access the Exclusive Lounge while receiving service at participating service centers. Customers can enjoy snacks and beverages provided, including during when the device is being repaired. The Exclusive Lounge service is available only at Samsung service centers located at Silom, Maboonkrong, Central Rama 9, Central Rama 2, Pattaya, Seacon Bangkae, and Future Park Rangsit.

· Priority Lane Service: Provided exclusively for customers who purchase Galaxy Z Fold devices. Customers can access the Priority Lane service at Samsung service centers located at Central Pinklao, Minburi, Ratthanathibet, Seacon Square Srinakarin, Chonburi, Rayong, Ayutthaya, Hua Hin, Hat Yai, Surat Thani, Phuket, Koh Samui, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, Roi Et, Sakon Nakhon, Surin, Phitsanulok, Lampang, Chiang Rai, Nakhon Sawan, Chiang Mai, and Samut Prakan.

· Advance Booking via Samsung Members App: The service supports advanced repair queue booking through the Samsung Members app at 47 service centers, including Samsung service centers located at Central Rama 9, Central Pinklao, Seacon Bangkae, Minburi, Silom, Maboonkrong, Ratthanathibet, Central Rama 2, The Mall Bangkapi, The Mall Bangkae, Fashion Island, Seacon Square Srinakarin, Central World, Central Ladprao, Central Salaya, Central Chaengwattana, Central Rama 3, Central Westgate, Central Mahachai, Future Park Rangsit, Robinson Sra Buri, Robinson Ratchaburi, Pattaya, Chonburi, Rayong, Ayutthaya, Hua Hin, Hat Yai, Surat Thani, Phuket, Koh Samui, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, Roi Et, Sakon Nakhon, Surin, Phitsanulok, Lampang, Chiang Rai, Nakhon Sawan, Chiang Mai, Samut Prakan, Central Nakhon Pathom, and Robinson Kanchanaburi.
