Terms and Conditions:
1. Customers must provide proof of pre-ordering, such as a pre-order slip or an SMS confirmation.
2. Customers must choose the store for pre-evaluation of their old device from the same branch where they pre-ordered the iPhone 15. Coupons cannot be used across different branches. The coupon along with the evaluated device must be presented to the AIS Shop or participating store on the day of the iPhone 15 pickup.
3. Customers must legally own the product they wish to sell, and the IMEI of the pre-evaluated old device, for which a coupon has already been received, cannot be re-evaluated at another branch.
4. Customers can bring their old device for valuation to receive a coupon equivalent to its value without handing over the old device to the AIS Shop or participating store at that time.
5. Customers must present the coupon (screenshots, photos, or any other formats are not accepted) along with their old device on the day of the new device purchase. The coupon is valid only on the specified pickup date. If not redeemed on the specified date, the coupon becomes void and is not considered a binding agreement.
6. The old device that customers present to the AIS Shop or participating stores on the day of the iPhone 15 purchase must be the same device with matching IMEI and condition as previously evaluated, according to the coupon details.
a. If the old device presented is not the same or its condition does not match the coupon's details, the coupon will be invalidated, and a new device evaluation will be required.
7. Customers using the coupon for a discount must be the same person as the name appearing on the coupon and cannot transfer this privilege to others.
8. The received coupon is not a cash voucher and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash or credit.
9. This coupon represents the valuation price of the old device (Trade in) only and does not include additional value for the device (Trade up).
a. Additional value for the old device (Trade up) can be obtained at the branch on the day of device purchase.

1. Individual monthly AIS customers who pre-order any model of the iPhone 15 will be entitled to a free first month of the AIS Care+ package upon opting for a monthly service or a 12-month lump-sum payment.
• For those who subscribe to a “post-paid” package, the monthly service fee will automatically be charged starting from the second billing cycle onwards.

What is Guaranteed Buy Back?
It is a special privilege for post-paid AIS customers who purchase any iPhone 15 model under a designated program from AIS. Customers may exchange their current phone that they bought for a new iPhone model in the following year with a guaranteed buy-back price of up to 33,450 Baht under the condition that they subscribe to a airtime package starting from 699 baht per month continuously until the day the original iPhone 15 in good condition is sold back to an AIS Shop or AIS Telewiz store in the following year.
Customers must purchase any of iPhone 15 models between 22 September 2023 and 31 December 2023 and the device may be traded in or sold back between 1 October 2024 and 31 January 2025. (The product return period may be adjusted according to the announcement from Apple of the official release dates of new iPhone models for Thailand in 2024.)
Terms and conditions
1. The customer must be a post-paid AIS customer who purchases products (iPhone 15) from AIS distribution channels under the following programs:
1.1 A mobile phone and monthly package subscription or they have already subscribed to designated monthly packages with a subscription contract of 6 months.
- Hot Deal for customers activating a new number, porting in, or switching from a top up package to a monthly package, or existing post-paid AIS customers.
- Best Buy for existing post-paid AIS customers.
1.2 Program to sell the device only without any special price contract. Customers must subscribe to a primary package starting at 699 baht or more.
2. Customers who wish to receive the Trade-In price guarantee privilege must express their wish on the date of purchase at an AIS Shop, AIS Telewiz or other public relations media channel from AIS until 31 December 2023. Customers may register for this privilege by filling in their personal information, product details (IMEI code) and proof of purchase through the website at: https://trade-in.remobie.com/link/ip15-bbg or by scanning the QR Code from Remobie Technologies Company Limited (the company that re-purchases the devices). Otherwise, the customer will not be entitled to the privilege when selling back the original (same IMEI code) device used for registration within the specified period.
3. In the event that the registration information is later changed, or the original product (IMEI) is changed by an Apple authorized repair center such as in response to an insurance claim, etc., customers must prepare the relevant documents showing the exchange and then contact the Remobie Call Center at 02-821-5500 or by email at: [email protected] to request the correction of their information and submit supporting evidence.
4. Throughout the period from joining the program until the day the product is resold in the following year, customers must continue to use the registered phone number used to purchase the iPhone 15, and additionally must:
4.1 Use the AIS post-paid service for a period of not less than 1 year until the date the product is resold.
4.2 Use the primary post-paid package with the same or a higher price.
4.3 Register or provide identification as a user of AIS network services under the name that matches the registration through: https://trade-in.remobie.com/link/ip15-bbg.
4.4 Not be blacklisted or in arrears for service fees with the AIS network.
5. Devices that are resold are subject to the terms and conditions for the inspection of the device’s functioning and evaluation of the external condition to ensure that it meets the conditions for repurchase (Grade A+), as detailed in the following table:
