Terms and conditions for using AIS Online Store website

“AIS Online Store” means any information, text, graphic, service and other information on the website: https://www.ais.th/. In this regard, these terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice to the user.
The user shall receive the privileges from AIS Online Store after completed registration for AIS Online Store membership. The user has to create its username and password for the first order purchase only, and the user can immediately order a purchase by using such username and password.
The user certifies that any detailed information filled in by user on AIS Online Store shall be the information of the user and shall be accurate in all respects.
The transaction for purchasing any goods/services by the user or by a person that the user permits to use the username and password to use whether intentionally or negligence, such transaction shall be deemed correct, accurate and binding the user. If there is any damage, the user agrees to be responsible for ordering the transaction for goods/services on behalf of the account owner and any transaction as if doing by itself in all respects. Any transaction of purchasing order through AIS Online Store according to in the first paragraph shall be deemed correct, complete, be bound and effective in full force including but not limited to come into force by law to be electronic evidence and can be using for the original for evidence or to be used in other forms in any legal proceeding under the applicable laws.
The user accepts that any copies, evidence or other documents created and/or recorded by AIS Online Store in a record system regarding any transaction for purchasing goods/services on AIS Online Store shall be deemed correct.
The user acknowledges and agrees that AIS Online Store shall collect, use, process including but not limited to disclose and deliver personal information of the user to a service provider to a freight forwarder and a payment service provider for the benefits of purchasing order on AIS Online Store, browsing goods/services, payment, delivery process and etc. including but not limited to the benefits to AIS Online Store service improvement and for delivering and publicizing any message, any privileges and inform the interesting information regarding goods/services promotion and other proposals.
In this regard, the registration for AIS Online Store membership means the user accepts that the personal information provided to AIS Online Store can be collected, used, processed and disclosed under this terms and conditions and Privacy Policy of AIS Group detailed as Privacy Policy.
AIS Online Store shall not be responsible for any damage from the communication, computer system and a power outage resulted in the unavailable using AIS Online Store.
AIS Online Store is a channel to connect with the website of commercial banks and credit card providers for facilitating the user to pay goods/services according to the user’s order only. A deduction or invoicing from any user’s bank account or credit card account is an agreement between the owner of a bank account or credit card and the commercial bank or credit card provider.

In the event that the third party uses or takes the username and password to use without any consent for any objectives, the user has to notify AIS Online Store immediately. AIS Online Store shall cancel the transaction of purchasing goods/services or any transactions due to such action.
The user can exchange or return goods/services including terminate the sale and purchase agreement within 7 days from the receipt of such goods/services, and the user has to notify AIS Online Store in writing and provide the receipt according to AIS Online Store terms and conditions. AIS Online Store shall proceed to exchange goods/services or refund the goods/services fee to the user in full amount within 14 days from the receipt of such notice.
