AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus
AIS 5G Net SIM Package 199 Baht
For customers who purchase a device under the AIS Hot Deal project and subscribe to the 5G Hot Deal Plus 1,299 package or higher.
Get the right to add a new number with the special AIS 5G Net SIM package, with a monthly fee of only 199 THB. Enjoy 30 GB of full-speed 5G data, with unlimited continuous usage at a maximum speed of 1 Mbps, and unlimited AIS Super WiFi for 12 billing cycles
1.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus Package is available for new customers registering a new number, those switching from prepaid to postpaid, customers porting their number, and existing postpaid customers when purchasing a device.
2.Excess charges: Calls to all networks: 1.50 THB per minute, billed per actual minute. SMS: 2.5 THB per message. MMS: 4.5 THB per message.
3.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 499 Package: After using the internet included in the package, you can continue using it at a speed of 1 Mbps.
4.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 599 – 1,199 Packages: After using the internet included in the package, you can continue using it at a speed of 2 Mbps.
5.Monthly service fees and excess charges do not include VAT.
6.Special privileges for AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus customers:
6.1 AIS Super WiFi Unlimited: The system will send the WiFi Username and Password via SMS automatically. More details at www.ais.co.th/wifi.
6.2 Serenade privileges (available only to customers registering as individuals):
-Customers who subscribe to the AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus 1,199-1,399 THB package will get Emerald privileges. Customers who subscribe to the 1,499-1,999 THB package will get Gold privileges. Customers who subscribe to the 2,999 THB package will get Platinum privileges.
-Serenade privileges will be updated automatically within 3-5 business days after package subscription.
-Serenade privileges last for up to 12 months from the subscription date.
7.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus Package cannot be used with Multi SIM / Multi SIM Plus services.
8.AIS 5G Hot Deal Plus Package is valid for 25 billing cycles.
*Important note: Customers using the 5G Hot Deal Max Speed package cannot switch to the 5G Hot Deal Plus package. If a customer purchases a device with a specific package, they must continue using that package and cannot switch between different packages.
•Conditions for purchasing a special-priced mobile phone:
•Contract duration: 12 months at the specified price.
•Phone price includes VAT. Prepaid service package does not include VAT.
•Prepaid charges range from 200 to 7,000 THB (excluding VAT). For prepaid charges under 1,000 THB, the amount will be refunded over 10 months. For prepaid charges of 1,000 THB or more, the amount will be refunded over 12 months, starting from the second billing cycle.
•Limitations: Each customer (based on their ID card number) is eligible to purchase a mobile phone at the special price for up to 2 contracts (1 phone per phone number).
•If the customer cancels the service or the contract before the contract period ends, the company reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the value of the discount on the phone and will not refund any prepaid package fees.
•For AIS postpaid customers registering as individuals with 12 months of service or more:
•Customers who switch from prepaid to postpaid but have not been on the postpaid system for at least 12 months will not be eligible for this promotion.
•No advance payment is required, and no package change is needed for customers who meet the minimum package requirements after applying any promotional discounts or subscribing to the required minimum package.
•Phone price includes VAT.
•Each customer (based on their ID card number) is eligible to purchase a mobile phone at the special price for up to 2 contracts (1 phone per phone number).
•A 12-month contract is required as per the terms and conditions.
•If the number has an existing contract due to a previous special-priced phone purchase, this new special-priced phone purchase will continue the contract from the previous agreement.
•If the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the term, the company reserves the right to charge a penalty equal to the discount amount received on the phone.
