Terms and Condition AIS Points 

  1. AIS Points program is intended for AIS mobile and AIS Fibre residential customers who have already registered / identified themselves.
  2. AIS customers can join the AIS Points program through the following methods:
    • Dial *550# from their mobile phone or register via the myAIS application.
    • For AIS Fiber customers, they can only register through the myAIS application. Simply download the myAIS application and log in using the AIS Fiber home internet number.
  3. Customers will earn extra 10 AIS points with first registration. Identity verification according to the Office of NBTC’s regulation must be completed before making points redemption.
  4. AIS customer with Prepaid or Postpaid or Fibre services, get 1 Point for every 25 THB spending, EXCLUDE Handset / Accessories / Fibre Box / AIS Play Box and Other goods and service charging payment to mobile bill (DCB) e.g., Google Play Store, App Store, Netflix, VIU, etc. Or by topping up game credits through the GAME ON website (https://gameon.ais.co.th).
  5. AIS Postpaid and AIS Fibre will earn AIS points within 30 minutes after customer pay the total amount of bill by the due date each month. AIS Points for Prepaid customer will be calculated from usage spending (excludes top-up) in each month and customer will earn AIS points on every 7th of the next month.
  6. Check your AIS Points by dialing *550# (free call) or through the myAIS application.
  7. Changing ownership of a mobile number from one individual to another OR terminating mobile number, Accumulated AIS Points will be terminated and cannot be transferred to another mobile number. Except in the case of a transfer to the current user and a transfer due to the original owner's death.
  8. Customers can redeem AIS Points for privileges and discounts at participating shops by scanning the QR code or dialing USSD code or using myAIS application.
  9. Once redeemed, points will be deducted from the remaining balance instantly and cannot be cancelled or terminated.
  10. AIS Points validity will be between the period of 24 months and 27 months, depending on the month of points issuance. Points earned in any quarter of a given year will expire at the end of the same quarter in the next 2 years.
  11. To take full advantage from AIS Points program, please check your points and expiry date on myAIS application and ensure you redeem any points you have before they expire.
  12. The company will collect, use, and/or disclose personal data of merchants to AIS group, AIS business partners or government agencies for the purpose of providing privileges in the AIS Points program and utilizing the myAIS application or any other websites managed by the company. This includes data management, database creation, and/or compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the company, its business partners, or government agencies. The company will collect personal data of merchants according to the duration of the legal relationship between AIS customers and the company or as required by law. Additionally, the company may need to transfer AIS customer personal data to companies within the group, business partners, or entities with legal relationships, as well as cloud platforms for the benefit of participating in the AIS Points program or for overall business operations. These personal data will be protected according to personal data protection standards, and AIS customers can exercise their rights under the terms of the law and policies currently in place, or as may be amended in the future, along with criteria announced by the company.
  13. The company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions with prior notice on website.
