• Call rates : Calls to any networks are charged at 50 Satang/30 seconds (1 Baht for the first minute) 24 hours.
• SMS texting is charged at 2 Baht/message, and MMS 3 Baht/message.
• Internet access is charged at 2 Baht/MB, and VDO calls 1.5 Baht/minute.
• The prices are exclusive of 7% VAT. The privileges will be invalid immediately after a promotion change, and are non-transferable in any case throughout the period of use.
• The privileges and service rates above are only for domestic and general use.
• To maintain the service quality and to offer efficient services to all our users in general, the company reserves the right to manage our network as deemed appropriate. This may be done by reducing the internet speed in case excessive continued data transfer, BitTorrent use, mobile connection sharing by Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, commercial use, or use that may affect other users or the company’s network is detected.

7. The service rates for excess usage beyond the main package allowances are: 2 THB/SMS, 3 THB/MMS, Data usage – 2 THB/MB, and VDO Calls – 1.50 THB/minute.
8. The promotion will be valid for 12 months from the activation date. After 12 months, your promotion will automatically be changed according to the company’s terms and conditions.

• 299, 399, 499 and 699 Baht packages can use the internet at the max speed as determined by each package’s internet allowance. When the allowance is reached, subscribers can continue using the internet at the speed of 128 Kbps.
• 899 and 1,099 Baht packages can use the internet at the max speed as determined by each package’s internet allowance. When the allowance is reached, subscribers can continue using internet at the speed of 384 Kbps.
• If your account balance is too low to cover the package fee, the service fee will be readjusted to 54 Satang/Megabyte.
• The internet service fee in the volume-based basis package will be calculated in kilobytes (KB).
• Voice Call rate is 1.61 Baht/minute, VDO Call rate is 1.61 Baht/minute, SMS 3.21 Baht/message, MMS 6.42 Baht/message.
• All rate are 7% VAT inclusive.
• The rights to use the service and the specified service fees are reserved for domestic usage and normal usage only.
• In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the company reserves the rights to manage the network as the company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network speed in case it is found that there is large volume of continuous data transfer, using BitTorrent, sharing Internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, consuming usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the company.
