Subscribers who eligible for switching the service via online channel must be at least 17 years of age, complete the ID card verification process for the One-2-Call! SIM activation and the number must has service year more than 3 months.
Subscribers have to hold ownership over the phone number and must verify the same ID card number as verified in the number activation process.
Subscribers must have no overdue balance with AIS.
Subscribers must have no binding contract with a no-package-change clause on any promotional special-priced mobile phone with AIS One-2-Call!
The number eligible for applying for the service must not be a number SIM 2 Fly, Traveller SIM (Lucky SIM), Net Marathon, or Super Smart Plus number.
The remaining and/or outstanding balance of the pre-paid account will be automatically transferred to the post-paid account before reaching the first billing cycle after switching the service.
The remaining balance to be transferred to the post-paid account can only be used to pay the post-paid service. It cannot be withdrawn or returned in cash.
Users who have a remaining balance of more than 2,000 Baht, or 50 Baht or more outstanding balance, cannot apply for this post-paid switching service.
For pre-paid subscribers with the Share Plan, the pre-paid account remaining balance will be converted into a discount applied to excess usage of the post-paid service charge. This discount can be applied for 12 billing cycles.
After successfully switching to the post-paid account, this number will not be able to change back to use the pre-paid account within 6 months.
The remaining balance, minutes allowance and privilege bonuses cannot be transferred to the post-paid service. (Subscribers should transfer the remaining balance to others or use up the balance before switching to post-paid)
All add-on packages subscribed to under the pre-paid account will be terminated.
The credit balance limit is 2,000 Baht. If subscribers wishes to change the credit limit, s/he should apply, with a copy of his/her ID card, at any AIS Shop.
Subscribers will only receive service invoices as e-bills via SMS.
