  • Excess usage rates: Voice or video calls to all networks at 1.50 baht per minute (charged per actual minute, fractions of a minute are counted as 1 minute). 2.50 baht per SMS, and 4.50 baht per MMS.
  • After the data allowance is used up, you can continue using data at the specified speed 
    • For the 749 baht package you can continue using a non-stop data up to 4 Mbps
    • For the 949 baht package you can continue using a non-stop data up to 6 Mbps
    • For the 1,249 baht package: Enjoy unlimited 5G at speeds of up to 1Gbps.
  • Unlimited Internet for application Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE at speed of 7.2 Mbps
  • Unlimited Internet for application X at speed of 4 Mbps
  • This service cannot be used in conjunction with the Multi SIM service.

  • Allowances for all packages can be used within each billing cycle only. Unused allowances cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle, and allowances end immediately if the service is canceled, the package is changed, or the number ownership is transferred.
  • Prepaid subscribers who are eligible for the package must have been using the prepaid service for more than 31 days.
  • The company reserves the right to limit services for activities like BitTorrent, sharing internet through Hotspot, or transmitting unusually high data volumes.
  • The system will automatically assign a Serenade status. Customers will be notified of their status within 3 working days after the system processes are completed.
  • New number activation, porting an existing number, switching from prepaid to postpaid
