Insurance terms and conditions (for SIM2Fly Insurance Plan)

  • The insured must be residents of Thailand only.

  • The premium is for the insured persons aged below 75 and is inclusive of VAT and the stamp duty

  • For insured persons aged above 76, the premium will be twice the regular premium.

  • The insurance covers traveling from and to Thailand only.

  • The insured person has agreed upon and consented to the disclosure of their personal information by hospitals, clinics, insurance company staff or related parties to Thaivivat Insurance Public Company Limited upon request.

  • The insured person must be healthy and not disabled.


Terms and Conditions :

  • The offer is exclusively for users of SIM2Fly with a data roaming package that comes with a SIM, or users of SIM2Fly add-on data roaming packages of THB 299 or more who click to get the special discount. The yearly 15GB SIM2Fly package—be it main or add-on—does not participate in the campaign.

  • SIM activation or add-on package purchase can be made, so the user will further click and get the privilege code prior to departure. The SIM can be used abroad within 60 days and the data roaming package will start from the moment of first using data abroad.

  • After SIM activation or add-on package purchase, the user may click to get the privilege by dialing *111*5*11# and wait for a confirmation SMS. The code received can be used to purchase a Thaivivat travel insurance plan at www.thaivivat.co.th/th/sim2fly.php or the user may directly click the link in the SMS received.

  • One number is limited to one right throughout the campaign period.

  • The offer is applicable to participating Thaivivat travel insurance plans only.

  • The customer is required to complete the insurance plan purchase prior to departure only.

  • The SIM2Fly travel insurance plan covers traveling abroad for up to 8 days only. In case of traveling for over 8 days, additional plans can be purchased.

  • The customer may choose to purchase travel insurance plans for more than one person. However, the special price applies to one person only, and the second persons onwards will be required to purchase their plans at regular prices.

  • The customer shall be bound by the insuring agreement of the plan purchased. It is important to study the detail, terms and conditions prior to your purchase.

  • The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any discount coupon or other promotions and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
