The provision of internet service onboard is based on airline policy. Please check with the airline or at the check-in counter before boarding your flight. If you are onboard an aircraft that supports in-flight data service, your mobile phone will connect to the roaming network. AIS will send an SMS notifying you that the roaming (in-flight service) is available on that aircraft.
