Condition

  8.   10. The company reserves the right to change the type of car that provides equivalent service. It depends on the volume of service during that time.
 
Procedure for reserving a limousine
  1. Reserve a limousine at least 72 hours in advance before travel via LINE Official Account: @blacktielimousine every day, business hours 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. only.
  2. Notify traveler information, date, time, pick-up and drop-off location. and the type of car you want to use the service and inform the Promo Code “SNBTXXXX” (SNBT code followed by 4 numbers or letters) received through AIS Serenade to the admin to receive special privileges (1 Code / 1 Booking).
  3. Check vehicle reservation information and pay via the chosen channel.
  4. Customers will receive Confirmation Booking via email or SMS.
