Fee will be refunded as credit balance
Refund will be made within 15 days from the package end date

Roaming packages in all countries except .

  • A special package that is only corporate customers. It will be opened to sale through seller which responsible for that company only.

Of course! Customers can receive the fee refund in cash at any AIS Shop nationwide (not including Telewiz Shops).

Due to the package’s terms and conditions, customers have to pay the package fee at the time of purchase. You can receive the fee refund later if the service system doesn’t find any usage of the purchased package.

  1. A refund shall be made automatically once it is found you have not used the service. The customer is, nonetheless, required to pay for the package in the first place, and will later be refunded when no usage is found
  2. For AIS prepaid customers, a package refund will be made within 15 days after the day the package terminates.
  3. In case the package has been used and a discount granted, no refund shall be provided. 
  4. AIS reserves the right to change or cancel the service terms and conditions without prior notice.
