  • The registration number must match the number used to activate the phone number, and the account holder must be aged between 7 and 24
  • In case you have registered using the name of a guardian or another individual who does not meet the stipulated conditions, you can re-register and verify your identity. Please visit any AIS Shop or Telewiz branch. Prepaid customers can register themselves through the myAIS application.

  • SMS for how to get the Major Cineplex ticket privilege (Dial [USSD code] to receive the code to enjoy a free movie ticket to the first movie, a special ticket price of 50 Baht for the second movie monthly. Confirmation SMS for WeTV access (Only one-time confirmation is required upon initial subscription and enjoy continuous access for 12 months, or until you cancel the add-on package).   • Only one-time activation is required. The privilege is valid for 12 months or until the add-on package is canceled.

  • Upon successful package subscription, customers will receive an SMS containing instructions on how to redeem their movie tickets. Dial *545*601#✆ to redeem a free movie ticket. Dial *545*602#✆ to redeem a movie ticket for the second movie at a special price of 50 Baht.
  • Customers can redeem both movieticket privileges. However, this is limited to 1 USSD/ number/ month/ right. To claim the movie ticket 
  • privileges, customers are required to dial the USSD code on a monthly basis.

1. Enjoy one free movie ticket at Major Cineplex and get another ticket to the second movie for only 50 Baht (valid during the package period). The tickets are applicable at all branches except Siam Paragon, ICONSIAM, and EmQuartier, where a surcharge of 50 Baht applies. The third movie is not included in the package.
2. Upon successful package subscription, an SMS shall be sent to inform the customers of how to redeem a ticket.

3. Two movie tickets can be redeemed at a time, which is limited to 1 USSD/ number/ month/ right.
4. Customers are required to dial a USSD to redeem a free movie ticket on a monthly basis.
5. For prepaid customers, if the payment is unsuccessful in a particular month, no movie ticket can be redeemed until the payment is successfully processed.
6. Upon dialing the USSD code for movie ticket redemption, customers will instantly receive an SMS containing the movie ticket code, which can be used within the package validity period.
7. Customers must be 24 years old or younger. To get the exclusive privilege, they must present their ID card at the entrance before watching the movie.
8. The redemption of movie tickets is subject to the package terms and conditions. No advance reservation is applicable. Customers can redeem their tickets at the Box Office on their chosen movie date.

Terms and Conditions for AIS PLAY Access.

1. To download AIS PLAY for free, dial *357#, or download it on App Store or Google Play Store.
2. The application is compatible with Android 4.4, iOS 10.2, and above.
3. AIS PLAY can be accessed on up to two devices simultaneously.

Terms and Conditions for iQIYI VIP Access.

1. The iQIYI package is limited for use within the Kingdom of Thailand only.
2. The application is compatible with Android 5.0, iOS 11.0, and above.
3. Access to the application is possible on two devices simultaneously per account.
4. To get iQIYI VIP, customers are required to log in to the application using their mobile number.
5. To check the VIP validity period, please go to “My membership” on iQIYI or iQ.com.
6. The privilege is limited to one per mobile number.
