Terms and Conditions for AIS Zeed 5G students’ monthly package at 299, 399, and 499 baht for activating a new number or porting in from another network.
- This package is for customers aged 17–24. Customers may apply for the offer once per ID card only. (If the customer is already using another student monthly package, this package may not be applied.)
- Exclusively for customers registering new numbers or porting in with the same number.
- Once the 5G max-speed allowance has been reached, customers may continue using the internet at a speed of 1 Mbps for the 299 baht ZEED 5G package and continue using the internet at a speed of 4 Mbps for the 399 or 499 baht ZEED 5G package
- 299, 399 or 499 baht ZEED 5G package is entitled to a maximum speed data allowance of 50GB, at a speed of up to 8 Mbps, for educational and entertainment applications, including Free Fire, ROV, PUBG, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, Tiktok, Spotify, Joox, Google Meet, Google Classroom, and Zoom. After reaching the maximum speed allowance, customers can continue using the internet at a speed of 1 Mbps for the 299 baht ZEED 5G package and continue using the internet at a speed of 4 Mbps for the 399 or 499 baht ZEED 5G package.
- Make free calls within the AIS network for a maximum of 30 minutes. Any excess use will be charged at 1.50 baht per minute. (Fractions of a minute are counted as one minute)
- Any excess use for calls/VDO calls to all networks is charged at 1.50 baht per minute. (Fractions of a minute are counted as one minute.) SMS messages are charged at 2.50 baht per message and MMS messages are charged at 4 baht per message.
- The service fee in this package is not inclusive of license fees and other application fees for the use of Google Meet, Office 365, ZOOM and other applications.
- For the privilege to access AIS SUPER Wi-Fi: the system will send a Wi-Fi Username and Password via SMS automatically. Additional information on Wi-Fi.
Terms and Conditions for VIU Premium
- Eligible customers will receive SMS to activate free VIU Premium 12 months within 5 days after successfully registering new number or porting number to AIS.
- To be eligible for offer, customers need to subscribe VIU Premium package within 30 days after get SMS to activate free
- The VIU Premium package provides 12 months of free viewing when you subscribe successfully. After that, starting from the 13th month, you'll be charged a monthly fee of 149 Baht (excluding internet charges) automatically.
- One number is limited to one right throughout the campaign period.
- Customers (package of 300THB or more) who use AIS ZEED 5G, U-ZEED, Super U-ZEED and KIDDY Packages will be able to get free 12 months
- Customers can enjoy VIU Premium after getting confirmation SMS. For usage in Thailand only.
- Customers that are using other privileges of VIU Premium or customers who cancel/change main package will no longer be eligible to get VIU Premium 12 months.
Terms and Conditions of getting VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody Free 6 Months
- Exclusive privilege for customers who activate AIS ZEED 5G postpaid package 299 Baht, 399 Baht and 499 Baht.
- Available for new activation and port-in only
- After successful activate AIS ZEED 5G postpaid package, customer will get SMS inform USSD number to get the privilege.
- Customers can get VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody Free 6 Months by opt-in via calling *236*306#. The privilege can be used once a confirmation SMS on VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody package are received.
- Customers have to opt-in to get the privilege with 30 days after successful activate AIS ZEED 5G postpaid package.
- Customers can use VDO Calling Melody and Calling Melody without charging service fee for first 6 months, after that will be auto charged 35 Baht /month/service (The price is excluded VAT)
- Limit 1 number for 1 right
- For customers who register as personal number only
- The privilege will be ended after unsubscribe service

Conditions for receiving Lucky Wallpaper : Horo4You x StickWithMe
- This campaign is for customers who register a new ZEED 5G SIM or switch to ZEED 5G SIM. Customers eligible for lucky wallpapers have the following conditions:
- Register a prepaid ZEED 5G SIM, or switch to a prepaid ZEED 5G SIM, and top up at least 150 Baht from July 15, 2024, to December 31, 2024, or
- register a postpaid ZEED 5G monthly package, or switch to a postpaid ZEED 5G monthly package, and subscribe to a ZEED 5G monthly package starting from 299 Baht, only for teens aged 17-24, from July 15, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
- Customers who register ZEED 5G SIM as specified in 1.1 or 1.2 will receive an SMS from the company within 5 business days from the successful registration date. Afterward, customers must dial USSD as specified in the SMS to receive a code for redeeming lucky wallpapers.
- Limited to 1 code per phone number, per person, per entitlement throughout the campaign period. Each code received can be used only once and cannot be reused.
- The code received is valid for 30 days from the date of entitlement.

Service Terms and Conditions
“AIS Secure Net” is a service to secure cell phones, tablets, and other devices for AIS customers, both prepaid and postpaid, from cyber-attacks such as viruses, malware, phishing, and other harmful websites on AIS 5G/4G without application installation.
“AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:
- Be a prepaid or postpaid subscriber of the Provider (AIS), registering under the name of or represented by a natural person only.
- Agree to the terms and conditions of “AIS Secure Net”.
- The phone number is activated (not under a suspension of service)
- Be a subscriber of AIS 5G/4G/3G and other roaming partner operators in foreign countries covered by AIS.
"AIS Secure Net" service will not guarantee the use of the following:
- Use of internet service on a Wi-Fi network or NEXT G network.
- Use of MultiSIM, MultiSIM PLUS, SIM2Fly, Asian SIM (Such as Myanmar, Sim and Cambodia SIM), and tourist SIM card types
- Use of virtual private network (VPN), both domestic and international, other DNSs (domain name system) and Apple Private Relay on iOS 15 and above
Other terms and conditions:
- The package offers a free service period of 12 months. After this period, it will be considered under the company's terms.
- Users have to keep in "Active" status throughout use.
- Should any website or link be deemed at risk for cyber threats or phishing websites, the service will immediately notify and block access to that particular site for the subscriber without any required setup.
- The personal information of the subscriber, e.g. phone number and the domain of the destination URL, are required to be stored for reviewing your website and link access and compare it with the provider’s database in order to provide a comprehensive service of “AIS Secure Net”
- The secured network will cover the shared network of AIS 5G/4G/3G for other devices shared with your subscribed number.
- The provider reserves the right to deny service for any unqualified subscriber and to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The provider reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate the service in case the service is claimed or changed for any commercial purposes or for subcontracting to other entities without permission, in which the Provider will take an appropriate legal action.
- The provider reserves the right to suspend and terminate the service on the account that the service is used for illegal purposes or activities.
