  • The offer is valid only for new phone numbers registered under the postpaid service.
  • During registration, customers must show their original Thailand Elite card and passport. Only Thailand Elite cardholders are eligible for this subscription.
  •  Excess service rates are 1.50 baht per minute for voice and video calls to all networks (fractions of a minute are counted as one minute), 2.50 baht per SMS, and 4.50 baht per MMS.
  • In the case of excess usage, customers must pay within the specified period according to the invoice. If it exceeds the deadline, the service will be suspended and the number will be canceled if the fee is not paid within 45 days after the deadline.
  •  The annual package fee cannot be deducted to pay for excess usage service fees.
  •  For AIS SUPER WiFi access, WiFi username and password will be sent automatically via SMS. For more details, visit www.ais.co.th/wifi.
  • The package is valid for 12 billing cycles. From the 13th billing cycle onwards, the service fee will be charged monthly at 2,399 baht.
  •  Package allowances can be used only in each billing cycle. Unused allowances cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle and will be immediately terminated in the case of service cancellation, change of package, or the transfer of number ownership.
  • The specified service rates are exclusive of VAT.
  • The annual package fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Company reserves the right to manage data in the event of unusually high volumes, more than typical personal usage, or activities that may impact overall usage, such as: 
    • Continuous use for 24 hours without logging out.
    • Usage exceeding 100 GB per day.
    • Multi-screen usage.
