AIS Warns the Public Against Fraudsters Falsifying Company Documents
AIS does not have a policy to instruct customers to perform any transactions regarding the number via any channel.

Refer to the recent incident where some customers received a document that appeared to be from AIS, stating alleged online gambling, and false entry of information into computer systems, with notification of number suspension within two hours. AIS wishes to alert its customers and the public that these documents were created by an imposter, who misused AIS's logo and names of executives, with malicious intent to harm our customers.

AIS wishes to remind the public once again that the company does not have a policy to instruct customers to perform any transactions regarding the number in any form across all channels.

Furthermore, the company will not send documents, messages, or initiate contact with customers in this manner.
