Warranty/After Sale

The product warranty is valid for 1 year after the purchased date (refer to the date on the receipt). This does not include the consumables. The battery warranty is valid for 3 months. 

 

Product Claim Policy   
•   Warranty covers damage caused during shipping. To protect customer rights, please record a video while unboxing the package/product, clearly showing the condition of the box and the product.   
•   Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that render the product unusable, such as no power, failure to connect signals, or no microphone sound.   
•   Battery warranty is valid for 3 months in case of abnormal conditions, such as overheating, deformation, discoloration, swelling, or leakage during usage, charging, or storage. If such issues occur, stop using the product immediately for your safety and contact after-sales service for a replacement. This does not cover natural wear and tear of the battery due to usage over time.   
•   Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for product claims. The company reserves the right to deny the claim without the required documentation.   
•   Product claims involve replacing the entire package including all original accessories. 
•   Warranty excludes damage resulting from accidents, such as dropping the product.   
•   Purchased products are non-refundable.
