HOME FibreLAN Plus Package

1. The AIS Fibre Home FibreLAN Plus package comes with transparent optical-fibre cables for individual room connection to deliver the best connectivity of 1Gbps in every room.
2. The Home FibreLAN Plus package can be applied for individual customers  registered for Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Fibre to the Room (FTTR) only.
3. The monthly service fees are VAT-exclusive.
4. The installation and wiring fee of THB 4,800 is payable in the first monthly cycle. Alternatively, the THB 4,800 installation and wiring fee will be discounted should a customer use the Home FibreLAN Plus package for 24 consecutive billing cycles, counted from the installation date. Should the service be terminated for any reason before 24 billing cycles, the customer is liable for payment of fines, which will be calculated from the length of services provided.
5. Once this package has been initiated, the customer may not relocate the point of installation throughout the contract period.

7. Existing AIS customers who wish to switch over to this package and require a replacement for the existing equipment or additional equipment will be required to enter upon a 24-month billing cycle service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this package. Yet, a THB 4,800 discount on the initial set-up and wiring fee, which will be initiated from the installation date, will be offered.
   
8. Customers using this package will receive a Private Ipv4 and a free DDNS* service, in addition to a Public Ipv6, which enables port forwarding and the use of bridge mode.
9. Customers cannot change to a lower speed internet package during the period of 24 billing cycles.
10. Where a temporary halt to services is initiated due to customers reaching their credit limit or where any fees associated with the terms and conditions of this package remain unpaid, the customer’s access to any services will also be halted. Services will resume only once the customer has paid any outstanding bills in full.
11. This package is for personal use only. Any sub-leasing of these services or commercial use is prohibited.
12. Customers who wish to utilize port forwarding must first register on www.thddns.net There are no fees incurred, and the following registration manuals are downloadable:
    • THDDNS registration manual for Private IPv4
    • THDDNS registration manual for Public IPv6
13. The privileges for the customers to borrow additional equipment are detailed below:
    • Package for a 2-room service: Get 2 units worth THB 11,180 totally.
    • Package for a 3-room service: Get 3 units worth THB 16,770 totally.
    • Package for a 4-room service: Get 4 units worth THB 22,360 totally.
    • Package for a 5-room service: Get 5 units worth THB 27,950 totally.
    • Should the service be terminated under any circumstances, all the equipment must be returned in their original usable condition at any AIS shop.
14. Customers applying for the  Home FibreLAN Plus package at the normal price will receive a new monthly mobile phone number that can be used to access of internet depend on package.
    • Maximum speed of use 1Gbps/1Gbps. After Internet usage reaches the specified amount of 20 GB. Should the internet quota be exceeded, internet speeds thereafter will be limited to a maximum of 64 Kbps.
    • Calls/VDO calls to all networks will be charged at a rate of 1.50 baht/minute, while SMS messages will be charged at 2.5 baht/message, and MMS messages charged at 4.5 baht/message.
    • Any additional services not covered under the package will be charged to the monthly bill and those rates do not include VAT.
    • AIS monthly mobile phone contracts connected to the Home FibreLAN Plus Package will have a 24-month billing cycle, counted from the package installation date.
    • AIS customers using the following services are not eligible for this package: Multi-SIM, AIS Hot Deal, Apple Watch Device, and Mao Mao Share add-on package.
    • Package usage is exclusive to the month in which it is designated. Any remaining usage left over at the end of a monthly billing cycle may not be rolled over to the following month. All service privileges will be terminated immediately if the package is canceled, changed, or transferred.
15. The AIS SUPER WiFi username and password will be granted automatically via SMS to the eligible customers. More information at www.ais.th/wifi
16. The service allowances will be utilized within 3 days after customers receiving a confirmation SMS:
    • PLAY M add-on package
    • AIS SUPER WiFi unlimited package
17. The package is compatible with the AIS Fibre – Fixed Line service.
18. The package is compatible with the AIS PLAYBOX add-on package for THB 129/month/point (excluding VAT) **contract period 24 months** 
19. The package is incompatible with the AIS Fibre MESH WiFi.
20. Compatible mobile phones and computers (devices capable of connecting on the 160MHz frequency) include:
    • Smartphones: Huawei P50 series, Huawei P40 series, Huawei Mate 40 series, Xiaomi 11/12 series, Honor Magic 3 series, Samsung S21/S22, Redmi K40 pro, OnePlus (9/10), VIVO iQOO 7/8/9, realme GT2 pro
    • Notebook: Huawei Matebook X Pro, HP OMEN, HP ZHAN 99, ThinkPad E14, ThinkPad T14, Lenovo Y9000, Dell Latitude 3330, Dell New XPS 13
