Customers will encounter banners through the AIS Playbox media, and they can click on the banner to download the application.

The system will prompt customers to choose a package they get privilege (for new customers) and access the games immediately (for existing customers).

Customers will encounter the selected package page. They should click on "Accept T&C" and then press Confirm.

No, there is no need to download games. The streaming technology allows for instant gameplay. Once the Cloud Game service is installed on Blacknut by GAMELOFT, additional storage space is not required.
The service can accommodate various types of controllers, but it is recommended to use an Xbox One controller or a Bluetooth-enabled controller for wireless convenience. There are compatibility limitations.
If you are using Wi-Fi to connect the AIS PLAYBOX, try switching to a LAN cable connection and avoid using two streaming services simultaneously or downloading programs while playing games.
It supports multiplayer mode for many games. Some games allow you to play in Co-op mode or compete with your friends in an online environment. This feature is under development and will be available soon. The games will receive regular updates to support multiplayer functionality.
Multiple profiles can be created within the application. This allows you to have different profiles, each with its own favorite list and saved game progress.
Typically, each game has a menu with different exit options. If you can't exit the game through the menu, try closing and reopening the Blacknut by Gameloft program or app. Please ensure that you have saved your game progress before deciding to exit the game.
Parental controls can be managed by creating profiles for children when using the AIS Fibre Cloud Game service on the Blacknut by GAMELOFT app.
Sign up using the AIS Fibre number and log in with the AIS Fibre number and OTP code sent to the mobile number linked to the AIS Fibre service.
- The AIS Fibre Cloud Game service utilizes streaming technology (real-time streaming) and requires a sufficiently efficient internet connection to ensure stability during gameplay. It is recommended to have a minimum internet speed of 6 Mbps for the best experience.
- A slower internet connection may result in data loss, and you may encounter issues with sound and video. Every time you open the Blacknut by GAMELOFT application, your internet connection will be tested to notify you if your connection is suitable or not.
You can cancel the service by yourself through the Blacknut by Gameloft application. Go to profile > subscription > unsubscribe, then press confirm.
- 1 AIS Fibre number is eligible for free trial that is limited to 1 privilege throughout the project.
- Free trial privilege is limited.
- Campaign period is 1 October to 30 November 2024.
- Customers will receive an SMS notification 7 days before the end of the trial period. The service will automatically renew at 149 Baht per month (exclude VAT).
- In case of cancellation, the termination is immediate, but customers can continue to use the service until the end of the billing cycle.
- One account can be used on a maximum of 5 devices simultaneously.
