Terms and conditions of Net Marathon Max SIM activation.

• Prepaid SIM Yearly - Net Marathon Max for new customers only 2,200 Baht for 12 months.
• The package allowance can be used after a confirmation SMS is received.
• The monthly 50GB data allowance is at a constant speed of 15 Mbps for 12 Month. After the allowance is used up, usage continues with an excess charge.

Service Rates and Other Terms and Conditions

• Call rates : Calls to any networks are charged at 50 Satang/30 seconds (1 Baht for the first minute) 24 hours.
• SMS texting is charged at 2 Baht/message, and MMS 3 Baht/message.
• Internet access is charged at 2 Baht/MB, and VDO calls 1.5 Baht/minute.
• Unused data rollover from one month to the next shall be inapplicable.
• In case of a package change, the service rates will instantly become inapplicable.
• No promotion change can be made within 365 days.
• Data usage charge is calculated in kilobyte (KB).
• The service fees stipulated are VAT-inclusive.
• Net Marathon is incompatible with Multi SIM/ Multi SIM Plus services.
• BitTorrent cannot be used.
• On-top packages are applicable.
• The package shall terminate according to the period specified.
• There will be no SMS notification prior to the package termination.
• The rights to use the service and the specified service rates are reserved for normal domestic usage only.
• In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the company reserves the rights to manage the network as the company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network speed in case it is found that there is large volume of continuous data transfer, using BitTorrent, sharing Internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, consuming usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the company.
