Terms and Conditions Gadget SIM : promotion for customers who activate a new SIM

Service Rates, Terms and Conditions for Gadget Annual Data SIM

• The Gadget annual data SIM is for new customers only. The allowance is provided on a 12-month term, and the service rate is 1,500 Baht/year (125 Baht/month).
• The data allowance is for use in tandem with CCTVs or IT devices that are SIM-compatible.
• The package allowance can be used after a confirmation SMS is received.
• Enjoy unlimited monthly data allowance at a constant speed of 2Mbps. The data allowance is not available for social media access.
• Call rates : Calls to any networks are charged at 50 Satang/30 seconds (1 Baht for the first minute) 24 hours.
• SMS texting is charged at 2 Baht/message, and MMS 3 Baht/message.
• Internet access is charged at 2 Baht/MB, and VDO calls 1.5 Baht/minute.
• Promotions cannot be changed within 365 days for 12 month.
• In case of a package change, the service rates will instantly become inapplicable.
• The service rates are excluded 7% VAT.
• Gadget SIM is incompatible with Multi SIM/ Multi SIM Plus services.
• BitTorrent cannot be used.
• The remaining day transfer service cannot be used.
• On-top packages are applicable.
• The package shall terminate according to the period specified.
• There will be no SMS notification prior to the package termination.
• Once the package has expired, it shall automatically be renewed. The customer shall be required to top up the amount of the current package to continue using the service. In case of no top-up, which results in unsuccessful package renewal, the customer’s service usage will be charged according to their actual usage as stipulated. In such a case, promotional change can be made only 3 days prior to the day the package expires.
• The rights to use the service and the specified service rates are reserved for normal domestic usage only.
• In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the company reserves the rights to manage the network as the company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network speed in case it is found that there is large volume of continuous data transfer, using BitTorrent, sharing Internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, consuming usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the company.
• In case of any changes to the service rates, the company shall inform the customer of updated promotional details with prior notice.
• Gadget SIMs are available at AIS Shops, Telewiz, AIS dealers nationwide, and AIS online channels.​

SIM Delivery Terms and Conditions for Online Orders

• For orders placed on AIS Online Store, AIS Shopee, and AIS LAZADA, silver-covered Gadget SIMs shall be received. For orders placed on AIS Online Store, prepaid SIMs (black-covered) shall be received.
