Secure Net+

The "Secure Net+” service is made to protect your internet usage for more peace of mind. It provides coverage up to 50,000 baht* (according to conditions set by MSIG insurance company). Also, this service helps protect mobile phones, tablets, and any connected devices and keep safe from cyber threats such as viruses, malware, phishing links, and any risky websites on the AIS 5G/4G network. Service built for all AIS users, both postpaid and prepaid.

"Secure Net+” is applicable under the following conditions:

1.          Be a prepaid or postpaid subscriber of the provider (AIS), registering under the name of or represented by a natural person only.
2.          Agree to the terms and conditions of "Secure Net+”
3.          The phone number is activated (not under a suspension of service)
4.          Be a subscriber of AIS 5G/4G/3G and other roaming partner operators in foreign countries covered by AIS.

"Secure Net+” service will not guarantee the use of the following:

1.          Use of internet service on a Wi-Fi network or NEXT G network.
2.          Use of MultiSIM, MultiSIM PLUS, SIM2Fly, Asian SIM (Such as Myanmar, Sim and Cambodia SIM), and tourist SIM card types
3.          Use of virtual private network (VPN), both domestic and international, using other DNSs (domain name system) and Apple Private Relay on iOS 15 and above

Other terms and conditions:

1.          Users have to apply for the Secure Net+ package 39 B./M. only (1 service / 1 number).
2.          This package has a duration of 30 days and is automatically renewed every 30 days for a fee of 39 baht per month.
By subscribing to this package, the user acknowledges that it will be automatically renewed at the end of the 30-day period for a total of 24 months.
Once the user subscribes to this package, it is considered that they agree and consent to the company automatically renewing the service to ensure continuous usage in the next cycle.
3.          Users have to keep in "Active" status throughout use. If the user's status changes, the package and services to which you are currently subscribed will be automatically canceled.
4.          Should any website or link be deemed at risk for cyber threats or phishing websites, the service will immediately notify and block access to that particular site for the subscriber without any required setup.
5.          The personal information of the subscriber, e.g. phone number and the domain of the destination URL, are required to be stored for reviewing your website and link access and comparing it with the provider’s database to provide a comprehensive service of “Secure Net+”
6.          The subscriber agrees and permits the company to disclose personal information, such as name, surname, and phone number, to Advanced Digital Distribution Company Limited for coordination and facilitation regarding Personal Cyber Insurance, and to MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited for obtaining Personal Cyber Insurance.
7.          The secured network will cover the shared internet of AIS 5G/4G/3G for other devices shared with your subscribed number.
8.          The provider reserves the right to deny service for any unqualified subscriber and to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9.          The provider reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate the service in case the service is claimed or changed for any commercial purposes or for subcontracting to other entities without permission, in which the provider will take appropriate legal action.
10.      The provider reserves the right to suspend and terminate the service on the account that the service is used for illegal purposes or activities.
11.      The company reserves the right not to guarantee the use of “Secure Net+" service that will protect the user's machine from viruses, malware, fake links, including various inappropriate websites for 100% correctly and reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage caused by viruses, malware, fake links and websites

Main service conditions for cyber insurance from MSIG

1.          Users will receive special privileges of Personal Cyber Insurance coverage (Theft of Funds, Identity Theft, Data Restoration, E-commerce Shopping) from MSIG Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“MSIG”) upon successful registration and confirmation of getting the right to special privilege with Advanced Digital Distribution Company Limited (“ADD”) and continuous coverage. During the period that the user still uses for Secure Net+ package with Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited (“AWN”), the user will receive compensation from MSIG in all cases not exceeding 50,000 baht per user per mobile phone number.
2.          The user will receive the rights according to clause 1 must be a person whose first and last name is registered/identified as an individual with AWN, unless the user has changed the name of the recipient on the registration form on the website within 30 days from the date of applying for the Secure Net + package. The user can change the recipient to a family member, which includes parents, spouses/life partners, and children only. MSIG reserves the right to refuse to pay compensation if the name and last name of the recipient used in the registration do not match the information registered with MSIG
3.          The user can register to specify the recipient within 30 days from the date of applying for the Secure Net + package with AWN. If it exceeds this duration or in case that the beneficiary is not a family member under the conditions specified in Section 2. MSIG reserves the right to provide coverage to persons whose names and surnames are registered/identified in AWN's database on the date of applying for the Secure Net + service package only.
