It prevents, inspects, and filters websites that may have cyber threats while using the internet on a browser. The service alerts and protects you when accessing such websites, including:

  • Hacking/Computer Crime
  • Spam URLs

  • Viruses
  • Spyware/Adware


General Conditions
Can be used with all smartphone models and operating systems

  • Available with all SIMs except special SIMs like Traveler SIM, SIM2Fly, and Asian SIMs (e.g., Myanmar SIM and Cambodian SIM)
  • The service cannot be used in conjunction with other add-on services like Next G MultiSIM, MultiSIM PLUS, Apple Private Relay, or VPN. It can only be used within the country.
  • No need to download or install any additional applications

“AIS Secure Net” is a service to secure cell phones, tablets, and other devices for AIS customers, both prepaid and postpaid, from cyber-attacks such as viruses, malware, phishing, and other harmful websites on AIS 5G/4G without application installation.

 “AIS Secure Net” is applicable under the following conditions:

1.    Be a prepaid or postpaid subscriber of the Provider (AIS), registering under the name of or represented by a natural person only.
2.    Agree to the terms and conditions of “AIS Secure Net”.
3.    The phone number is activated (not under a suspension of service)
4.    Be a subscriber of AIS 5G/4G/3G and other roaming partner operators in foreign countries covered by AIS.

"AIS Secure Net" service will not guarantee the use of the following:

1.    Use of internet service on a Wi-Fi network or NEXT G network.
2.    Use of MultiSIM, MultiSIM PLUS, SIM2Fly, Asian SIM (Such as Myanmar, Sim and Cambodia SIM), and tourist SIM card types
3.    Use of virtual private network (VPN), both domestic and international, other DNSs (domain name system) and Apple Private Relay on iOS 15 and above

Other terms and conditions:

1.    The package offers a free service period of 12 months. After this period, it will be considered under the company's terms.
2.    Users have to keep in "Active" status throughout use.
3.    Should any website or link be deemed at risk for cyber threats or phishing websites, the service will immediately notify and block access to that particular site for the subscriber without any required setup.
4.    The personal information of the subscriber, e.g. phone number and the domain of the destination URL, are required to be stored for reviewing your website and link access and compare it with the provider’s database in order to provide a comprehensive service of “AIS Secure Net”
5.    The secured network will cover the shared network of AIS 5G/4G/3G for other devices shared with your subscribed number.
6.    The provider reserves the right to deny service for any unqualified subscriber and to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
7.    The provider reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate the service in case the service is claimed or changed for any commercial purposes or for subcontracting to other entities without permission, in which the Provider will take an appropriate legal action.
8.    The provider reserves the right to suspend and terminate the service on the account that the service is used for illegal purposes or activities.
9.    The company reserves the right not to guarantee the use of "AIS Secure Net" service that will protect the user's machine from viruses, malware, fake links, including various inappropriate websites for 100% correctly and reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage caused by viruses, malware, fake links. and various inappropriate websites

Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, AIS Secure Net cannot directly protect against threats such as viruses or malware when using an application. However, if the application directs you to a website, the service can protect against threats that occur on that website.

Initially, AIS Secure Net will only cover usage on the AIS 5G, 4G, and 3G networks and is not yet available for Wi-Fi networks.

 The services that cannot be used with AIS Secure Net include:

  1. MultiSIM and MultiSIM PLUS
  2. Virtual Private Network (VPN) usage
  3. Apple Private Relay for iOS version 15.0 and above
  4. Proxy usage

You can cancel the service in two ways:

  1. Via USSD: Dial 68961# and press call
  2. Via the myAIS app: Go to the package menu, select your current package, and press "Cancel add-on package"

This service cannot remove a virus or malware that was present on the phone before subscribing to the service. However, it can prevent viruses or malware from connecting to its destination through a website.

To ensure you receive the highest level of protection from AIS Secure Net, you cannot disable specific protection features.

Other devices connected through internet sharing will also be protected by AIS Secure Net.

If you encounter warning messages from your browser or other entities, you should avoid accessing the website. If you proceed despite the warning, the system will further protect you from that website to ensure your maximum safety.

AIS Secure Net is a free service available for 12 months.
