How To Register

Starting from December 12, 2024, AIS Online Store will transition its account system to myID. (Learn more about myID here.) 
If you’ve never registered on AIS Online Store, you can follow the steps below to register. 

• Click "Log In" at the top-right corner of the screen. 
• Select “Create an account”  
  
• Enter mobile number to register myID and select “Create account” 
  
• The OTP code will be sent to the mobile number you have provided. 
• Enter OTP code for verify. 
• If your mobile number is not within AIS, please provide your email and enter the OTP code to verify. 
• Review the terms and conditions, and select 'Agree' 
• Create a password for use and select 'Create Account.' 
• The screen displays the successful creation of the myID account.

• You can update or edit your myID account information on the myAIS application. (Learn more about myID here.) 
  

If you forget your password, you reset your password as steps below 

• Click "Log In" at the top-right corner of the screen. 
• "Enter the mobile number or email you used to register for myID and select 'Login'." 
• The screen prompts you to enter the password and then click "Forgot password." 
• The OTP code will be sent to the phone number/email you registered. 
• Enter OTP code for verify. 
• Create a new password and select 'Reset Password'. 
• Password creation complete.
