AW เตือนภัย มิจฉาชีพ แอบอ้าง AIS

“A scamming group pretending to be AIS employees has been deceiving users by calling from the phone number 0XX-XXXXXXX. ”

Spam SMS messages containing fake links that deceive users into clicking are being sent by criminals impersonating the sender's name as a mobile number, SMS, or AIS. The messages typically state, “Your AIS points are about to expire within 3 days. Please proceed to redeem your points…” followed by a link leading to a fraudulent website designed to solicit critical customer information, potentially leading to asset loss or other damages.

AIS confirms that all communications regarding the verification or redemption of AIS points can only be conducted via the myAIS application. The company does not have a policy of sending SMS messages that require customers to provide personal information or conduct transactions in any manner.

If customers encounter any suspicious phone numbers or SMS messages, please report them to the AIS Spam Report Center 1185, available 24 hours. AIS will collaborate with the relevant authorities to take legal action.
