  • If the customer cancels the service and then applies it again,will be able to receive privileges at a special price of 159 baht or not
    • Customers will be charged a special price 159 baht until January16, 2025
  • Normally, YouTube will give a 1 month free trial for general customers. In the event that AIS customers have not ever received Free Trial, will customer receive this privilege?
    • Customers who have never received a 1-month Free Trial from YouTube will receive a Free Trial in the first month.
  • If the customer receives a 1-month Free Trial and then cancels the package during the free trial period, when customers come to apply for a new package again How much will be charged?
    • Customers will receive a special price of 159 baht for the first 1 months , 2nd Month onward, 179 Baht/month
  • If the customer is already a member by paying through other channels but would like to apply for a package with AIS, Will the customer be charged twice?
    • Customers will not be charged twice, but will not be able to apply for a package with AIS if they do not cancel packages that have been paid through other channels first.
  • If customer terminate existing mobile phone numbers, then change to use a new number but still use the same google account (gmail). Can customer continue using the YouTube Premium package?
    • Customer will still be able to use the service continuously until the end of the service cycle from the date of service application. After that, customers will have to apply again with a new number.
  • If a customer has previously applied for the service with AIS and then canceled the service and returned to apply again by changing the google account (gmail), what promotion will customer receive?
    • Get 1 month freetrial from YouTube, but the next month will be charged 159 baht/month.
  • When the YouTube Premium package is canceled, how long can it be used?
    • Customer will still be able to use the service continuously until the end of the service cycle from the date of service application.
  • If you encounter problems using YouTube such as video playback problems, Google account ID, video uploading/downloading or any of YouTube application problems.

  • In case of service cancellation and re-subscription to the service, the service fee will be 159 Baht per month until December 16, 2024
