How to use "AIS eBiz KYC"


1.Customers will receive an email notification from the system to complete identity verification (KYC).Customers will be able to choose a method to verify their identity through 3 channels.

Channel 1

via the Mobile App "AIS eBIZ KYC" that can be used on both Android and iOS systems

Channel 2*

via by scan QR Code with mobile phone Then enter and go to step 7.

Channel 3

by pressing the link that will continue with the customer's current device Then enter and go to step 7.

* Note: In the case of making transactions through channels 2,3
- The device used for the transaction must have a camera with the minimum resolution required by the system.
- Transactions can only be done on a one-time basis.

2. In case the customer chooses channel 1: via Mobile App "AIS eBIZ KYC"After clicking on the logo App Store or Google Play. The system will prompt the customer to download the Mobile App "AIS eBIZ KYC" to install on phone.

3. After using the Mobile App “AIS eBIZ KYC”Customers can enter the customer's “email” that has been inform to AIS Business. Then press the Login button.

4.Customers will be able to enter the “One Time Password”that has been sent to their email address.

5.When entering the correct One Time Password, customer will be prompted to create a “PIN Code” for accessing the Mobile App “AIS eBIZ KYC” in the next time.

6. Customers open and use the Mobile App “AIS eBIZ KYC” again. The system will provide you with instructions on what to prepare before starting the identity verification (KYC) process. Then press the button ‘Get verified’.

7.System will display steps to begin the identity verification (KYC) process.

  • Prepare your ID card or passport.
  • Make sure the photography is clear.
  • Take a selfie and follow the steps given by the system.
  • Once identity verification (KYC) has been completed, the system will take the customer to the main page (Home).

8. On the home page, you will see the active identity verification (KYC) status and history of other documents.

9.Customers can click on the screen showing KYC to view the details of KYC documents that are currently in use.

10.In the 'Profile' menu, customers will be able to do various items such as

  • Manage new identity verification
  • App settings
  • Privacy and security
  • If identity verification (KYC) is pending, a red checkmark will appear on the new identity option to start the identity verification process (KYC)
