Internet banking of paying service charges through the process of a bank web page

  1. Choose bill payment
  2. Choose AIS, payment of telephone bill
  3. State the mobile phone number. In the case of a Group Account (1 BA has many mobiles), state the phone number for the total chosen to be displayed which is the total for the entire Group Account.
  4. State the full amount according to the amount on the bill
    • You will receive one receipt with the total payment
    • Customer takes the withholding tax certificate to submit for a rebate at AIS Service Center afterwards, together with the receipt

Remark :

  • After the system has cleared the service charge payment, it will send a receipt/tax invoice by mail to the company address together with the bill for the next billing cycle.
