2. Method of sending cheque deposit or transfer documents to issue a receipt 

Application process

  1. Visit the website https://ebusinessportal.ais.co.th/ and click on Apply for Online Payment Service
  2. Give customer information to apply for Online payment
  3. The system will display the result of applying, infirming the customer to await an SMS giving “name of service user” and “password” (to mobile phone number stated by customer)

Process of sending payment documents

  1. Visit the website https://ebusinessportal.ais.co.th/ and log in
  2. Select Service Charge
  3. Select Pay Service Charge
  4. Select Send information of cash/cheque deposit and withholding tax document
  5. State registration number, or customer bank account number” Click
  6. State details of transfer and contact person
  7. Upload files of documents of cheque deposit or cash transfer, and withholding tax certificate
  8. System will display invoice to select according to how customer wishes to make payment

Remark :

  • You will receive one receipt for the full payment, plus total withholding tax deducted as sent
  • Send the original withholding tax document to PO Box 200, Dusit Post Office, Bangkok 10300
  • After the system has cleared the service charge payment, it will send a receipt/tax invoice by mail to the company address within 5 working days
