Can I buy the AIS PLAYBOX separately?
We are sorry, but the AIS PLAYBOX is not available for separate purchase at the moment. Only AIS Fibre subscribers will receive the free AIS PLAYBOX. Once the box is ready for purchase, AIS will announce its
availability to the public.
What comes with the AIS PLAYBOX package?
The package contains an AIS PLAYBOX receiver, warranty card, HDMI cable, AV cable, LAN line, remote control (with batteries) and power plug.
If the box is not workingor broken, where can I send it to be repaired?
: To report and/or troubleshoot the problem, please contact the AIS Fibre Contact Center at 1175. If the box needs replacing, the customer service agent will contact you and make an appointment for delivery of
the replacement.
What if the box and/or its equipment is lost or broken, can I claim under the terms of the warranty?
Our box and equipment are covered with a one-year warranty on ordinary usage. If units are lost or broken as a result of the customer’s fault (such as water damage), the customer needs to purchase a new one on
his/her own behalf.
As a corporate subscriber, can I provide services in my store by using the AIS PLAYBOX?
Yes, you can. But you have to subscribe as a corporate customer and usage for commercial purposes is prohibited
