. The recommended connectivity is a LAN cable connection to your home router.
How customer can fix
AIS PLAYBOX
if there are some picture hiccups on some channels?
The so-call “hiccups” are usually caused by the data speed not being fast enough to support smooth playback for the current content resolution. First, try resetting the router by unplugging it and then plugging it back in. if the problem persists, try using a LAN cable to connect
AIS PLAYBOX
to the router instead of using WiFi.
What customer can do if the remote control is not working at all?
Please check the location of the battery on the remote control and try replacing the old batteries with new ones.
Can customer use other internet service providers to connect to

?
At the present,

only supports AIS Fibre super high-speed internet service. Therefore it cannot be used with other internet service providers.
