Terms and Conditions

  • This privilege is eligible for AIS Serenade Prepaid customers who meet following criteria:
  • The customer must register in the name of residential customer.
  • The customer must have an average monthly service fee of the past 6 month and customers to apply the designated packages (*Customers can receive privileges only for select whitelist groups) who meet following criteria: group criteria:
    • The customer must have an average monthly service fee of the past 6-month 200-399 baht per month and to apply package with monthly fee 699 baht per month.
    • The customer must have an average monthly service fee of the past 6-month 400-699 baht per month and to apply package with monthly fee 699 or 899 baht per month
    • The customer must have an average monthly service fee of the past 6-month 700-899 baht per month and to apply package with monthly fee 899 or 1199 baht per month
    • The customer must have an average monthly service fee of the past 6-month more than 900 baht per month and to apply package with monthly fee 1199 baht per month

  • The price of the device has included value added tax.
  • If the customer is bound to a 12 months continuous service contract, as set for each model, throughout the contract term, the customer cannot have the following transactions:
    • To request for disconnection;
    • To port out;
    • To register owner change;
    • To request for mobile number change;
    • To request for charge type change; and
    • To request for the change to another monthly postpaid package in the price not lower than the set price for 12 months, as set for each model.
  • One customer (with the same name/family name) is entitled to receive the privilege to buy device in a special price with services contracts (in any campaign) for no more than 2 contracts all together.
  • In case where the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to charge penalty in the rate equivalent to the amount of all the discounts that the customer to Advance Wireless Network Company Limited.
  • The customer must bring the phone to press and receive the privilege at the shop only, and cannot show the captured screen to receive the privilege.
  • The Company reserves the right to change details without giving any prior notice.
