Terms and Conditions (SIM Net Marathon at 1 Mbps)

• SIM Price at 2,500 Baht (Valid for 12 months)
• Enjoy internet access at 4 Mbps for 20 GB/ month. After the limit is reached, continue access at 128 Kbps.
• Free Call in AIS 24 hours (Limit 1 hour/time) Exceed Call charges 1 Baht/minute
• Call to other networks 1.5 Satang/Second (1st minute 1 Baht)
• 2 Baht is charged per SMS, and 3 Baht per MMS.
• The service fees are VAT-exclusive.
• The customer may change to other promotions only after 12 months of use.
• The service fees are only for domestic use and do not apply to add-on services (except for Call Waiting & Holding, Call Forward and Talk2Group (Call Conference).
• In case of a change to other promotions, the service fees indicated shall be deemed invalid.
• Mobile data can be shared through WiFi Hotspot.
• The promotion cannot be used with Multi SIM service.
• BitTorrent cannot be used.
• On-top packages are applicable.
• The package shall terminate according to the period indicated.
• There will be no SMS notification prior to the package termination.
• The company reserves the right not to refund the product in case the customer is found to have used the product or SIM for commercial purposes.
• Users are required to register their NET MARATHON SIM with their name as the user and activate the SIM within 14 days.
• The company reserves the right to change the service fees, and terms and conditions without prior notice.

After package expired (12 months)

• Call to all networks 0.99 Baht/minute
• Internet 2 Baht/MB
• SMS 3 Baht/message, MMS 4 Baht/message
• SIM Price is 7%VAT inclusive. Calling and value-added service fees are 7% VAT exclusive
• After package expired, you can change the package by calling *777. In case you have changed the package before package expired, you cannot resume to NET MARTHON’s Package.
• Products have limited avalibility and company reserves the right to change rates, terms or conditions of any package without prior notice.
• The rights to use the service and the specified service fees are reserved for domestic usage and normal usage only.
• In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the company reserves the rights to manage the network as the company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network speed in case it is found that there is large volume of continuous data transfer, using BitTorrent, sharing Internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, consuming usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the company.
