- The free first month of the AIS Care+ service package is available to individual AIS Serenade members who pre-order any model of iPhone 14 via the AIS website during 9 to 12 September 2022 and subscribe to an AIS Care+ postpaid or 12-month prepaid package.
- The postpaid service package will be charged automatically every month, starting from the 2nd billing cycle onwards.
- The 12-month prepaid service package will be charged as determined in the service invoice with a discount of 1 month’s service rate according to the purchased device.
- Customers can apply for the first month AIS Care+ package offer and subscribe to an AIS Care+ package on the date they pick up their iPhone 14.
- Serenade customers who pre-order an iPhone 14 and choose the home delivery option will receive an SMS informing them of the first month AIS Care+ package registration instructions.
- For iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 models, members can subscribe to the AIS Care+ package within 30 Sep 2022.
- For iPhone 14 Pro Plus, members can subscribe to the AIS Care+ package within 15 Oct 2022.
- The AIS Care+ package rates are according to the iPhone 14 model price purchased by the customer (Normal price without any discount).

- Once the main package is active, the subscriber will receive an SMS with a link to claim this AIS PLAY FAMILY offer. Subscribers must claim the offer within 30 days after the first day of their main package subscription.
- This package is only available to AIS Postpaid customers who are registered or declared as an individual customer.
- Subscribers will receive an SMS confirming their Free 6 Months of PLAY FAMILY addon package once the main package subscription process is completed.

- The service is available exclusively for subscribers with an iOS operating system.
- The service is available for 1 number/Apple ID and can be requested only once.
- Subscribers who have registered as an individual for either pre-paid and post-paid packages are entitled to three free months of the Apple Arcade service.
- After the Apple Arcade free trial period ends, the service will be automatically billed at 99 Baht/month.
- The service rates are inclusive of 7% VAT but do not include internet fees.
- By subscribing to this package, you consent and agree to use the Apple Arcade service according to the terms and conditions including any policies of the Apple Arcade service.

- iCloud 50 GB for 3 months (Data service will be charged on the customer’s current package)

- App Store discount terms and conditions (Only for the primary number that is registered as an individual)
- Subscribers with a package of 1,699-2,999 Baht/month are eligible for the 2,400 Baht discount (200 Baht discount per month for 12 months).
- Subscribers are required to have an Apple ID and register their payment by using an AIS postpaid number. (The number used for registration must be the primary number with the AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone subscription).
- Any unused monthly bill discount cannot be accumulated or transferred to the next billing cycle.
- If the subscriber switches to a higher AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone package, the discount will be continued until the previous term ends.
- AIS VR 4K and VR Services Terms and Conditions (699–1,999 Baht Package)
- AIS customers are entitled to purchase a special-priced AIS VR 4K. Offer is limited to one device purchase per AIS postpaid number.
- Subscribers to postpaid packages of 599 Baht or over can take advantage of this special privilege to purchase a special-priced AIS VR 4K and receive a special discount on postpaid mobile services of 230 Baht per month for 10 months, for a total value of 2,300 Baht (VAT exclusive).
- Subscribers to postpaid packages of 1,099 Baht or over can take advantage of this special privilege to purchase a special-priced AIS VR 4K and receive a special discount on postpaid mobile services of 375 Baht per month for 10 months, for a total value of 3,750 Baht (VAT exclusive).
- The monthly discount received when purchasing an AIS VR 4K will be active from the 2nd billing cycle onwards.
